Custom Process
1. Initial Conversation, Diamond Education and Sourcing
First, we briefly connect to see what you are looking for and any questions you might have. Typically we try to get information on: diamond shape, type of ring, budget, proposal date, etc. We are happy to help guide you in any of these areas if you aren't sure yet!
Then, we meet with you in person or virtually to educate you on diamonds, including the 4 Cs: Clarity, Color, Cut, Carat. The goal is to inform you enough about diamonds to make an educated decision on the types you'd like to compare. We will then source diamonds to show you in person or virtually. We will continue to discuss the 4Cs and other aspects as we compare them. This will help you narrow further and ultimately choose the perfect center diamond(s) for your ring.
2. Ring Design, 3D Model & Creation
Next, we create ring designs for you, which are typically variations of the type of ring you or your soon-to-be fiancé are looking for. However, if you don't already have a preference, we can also come up with our own recommendations for you! This part can also be discussed before diamond sourcing if you aren't sure what you're looking for up front.
Once you've decided on a design, we create a 3D model of the design to fit your diamond perfectly! We will send you renderings from all angles, so that you can approve or make any last changes.
The approved 3D model of your ring will be cast into gold or platinum and any additional diamonds will be sourced to match the center diamond(s). Our bench jeweler will then polish the setting, set the diamonds and add any other details by hand.
3. Delivery, Timeframe & Final Details
Last, we will deliver your finished ring to you!
From first conversation to ring delivery, this process typically takes, 6-8 weeks. This process may also be faster if you have a very specific idea of what you want!

With the option of virtual meetings and delivery to you, we strive to make this process as convenient as you want it to be. Our ultimate goal is to exceed your expectations when you see your finished ring for the very first time!
